We use the latest design and manufacturing techniques which allows us to build a Deduster that is second to none.  Plus this is a truly toolless machine. All contact materials are 316L Stainless or White Delrin.

Swivel Intake
Tablets can be sent to the TD400 from any side with the 360 degree adjustability.

Head Unit
Incorporates a stepped design with Air-Jet manifold for rolling tablets to expose both sides of tablet for complete cleaning.

FMC Reliablity
Matched FMC motor and controls are simple and reliably the best.

Tilt Stage
Special design allows the head to be easily removed as a complete unit for quick change-over and cleaning.

Lift-Lock Lever
This is a cam lever actuated lock that allow the operator to precisely position the intake chute. It is also gas strut assisted for easier positioning.

Raise-able Swivel Wheel
The wheel is a spherical caster that can be raised and lowered to secure its location.

Motor Cover
Quickly removed by simply loosening 4 thumb screws.

3 Point Casters
Ensure the TD400 is always level.

Concealed Straight Casters
Allows the TD400 to be easily positioned and the wheels are concealed for easy cleanup.
